The house is a great location. We were able to walk to the farmers market, museum, park and a number of restaurants. We used the full kitchen as well and it had everything we needed for our stay. There was always available parking right out front.

Close to everywhere and everything! Nice neighborhood, adorable place for a couple or individuals, great host! Has everything you need .

Upon arriving to our rental at 2pm, (Mid July stay) the inside temp was 85 degrees. There were two ac units in the windows running full bore. By 11pm the temp dropped 1 degree. By 6am the inside temp was 75 degrees. We left upon waking. No refund was offered for that one horrible night. In April of 2026 we also had rented this space too. When we pulled the covers back on the bed someone had not changed out the sheets, dirty. They did offer to bring up clean sheets. We tried to give this space a second chance, and that was our last.

The location of the Lark's Nest VRBO was great for me to get to Great Falls College and my classes on 10th Ave. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay.
