Charming 1-Bedroom Apartment

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was nice to have. It was clean and kept up. Negative: The living room furniture was not very comfortable. The electronic keys to the entry would not work all the time. The room was in the basement area and had a slight mildew smell.

If you like dirt and grim, this is the place for you. Positive: location was in a very nice neighborhood and easy to find. Negative: just about everything. There were NO clean surfaces ie floors, countertops, tables, etc. Coffee pot I would guess had never been cleaned, food on floor and sink, no toilet paper, a single spoon in the drawer, and no communication. I washed all my kitchen ware prior to using it. Back yard was neglected as well as entrances to my basement apartment. I travel the world staying at BnBs. Have to add this to the negative list.

Host did not help after numerous request to help with people above rentsl. Also never mentioned it was a basement apt with no windows to the outside...very dark, musty

You need a car to get to shopping but there is a lot of itThe bathroom is small but never ran out of hot water!
